your hub was very well written. However I must say that most of the foods you have in your hub are high in sugar.

Potatoes, popcorn and cereal are high in starch which is a complex sugar which the body will have to convert into glucose and then used by the body for energy.

Fruit and some vegetables such as beans, peas , grapes oranges contain fructose. Fructose has to be processed by the body in a way to extract the glucose from the sucrose. And then the sucrose is then converted to glucose. The extra glucose which the body does not use is stored as fat.

Curds contain Lactose which is yet another form of sugar the body has to convert to glucose.

I am not a nutritional expert, but I am diabetic. and as such, I have to watch what I eat, and what the foods I do eat have in them.

Your hub is well written and i am sure that there are benefits to these foods. but these benefits also have to be weighed with caution and Knowledge of that we are actually eating.
