What do you think about the thought of starting your day by drinking coffee? Well, I am sure that you consider it as a very good idea. It is undeniable that coffee has already become a part of the lives of many people all over the world. Even if there are so many clashing issues about this beverage, still, a lot of people can’t get away with the delicious taste and aroma of coffee. Who can easily get away with it, anyway?

Coffee is one of the most controversial beverages nowadays. There are various issues claiming its risks and benefits to our health. This beverage has become a “hot” subject of most researches and experimentations. And because of these studies, more and more people are becoming more curious about the results to know how coffee can really affect our health.

Being a coffee lover, myself, I have also heard so much about these controversies. And even if I have read some negative articles about coffee, still, I am more convinced that coffee can give more health benefits than risks. But of course, these benefits can only be obtained when we drink it moderately. Too much of everything is dangerous, and I am certain that you agree with that saying.

According to most articles I’ve read about the health benefits of coffee, this delicious beverage has the potential of preventing cancer. Maybe, you haven’t heard of this yet, but, coffee is considered one of the foods in US that are rich in antioxidants. And as you know, antioxidants are our best protections from diseases like cancer. Coffee can help in lowering down high blood pressures. Also, this can be an aid in preventing Diabetes. As what most studies claim, this can also help enhance our memory. All these benefits are my reasons why I still drink coffee despite of the possible negative effects like teeth discoloration and stress, which are not yet. However, I like drinking coffee made from organic coffee beans.

Organic coffee beans are beans that are grown without using chemicals and pesticides. These beans are tastier and richer as compared to synthetic ones. And for me, I consider a coffee made from these beans safer because these are natural and fresh. We have read and heard so much about the harmful effects of pesticides and chemicals used in farms and other agricultural places. And to be able to make myself and my family safe, I would prefer using organic coffee beans.

You can find a lot of organic coffee beans available in the market, if you are interested to have a healthier way of enjoying a cup of very delicious coffee.

Some people are skeptical about organic coffee. I tell them to taste it, and tell me if it's higher quality. Nine out of ten people say yes!
