I really appreciate all of the info you have shared. I have experienced anxiety and know for sure that drinking alcohol actually increases anxiety! I thought it was making me more relaxed but that only lasts for a short while. Plus I was starting to become a peron who relied on alcohol. I also found more information onm other foods that can help reduce anxiety.
