14 Steps of Making A White Pizza with Broccoli

Here are the ingredients for this recipe:
- 2 cups cooked broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Soya flour or powder
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Just follow the steps below:
Step # 1
Combine the bread mix and yeast in a large mixing bowl.
Step #2
Add 1 1/2 cups of warm water, and also 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Combine these ingredients using a spoon to be able form soft dough.

Knead lightly for a minute, then, shape it into a ball.

Shape pizza dough into a 14 round, and then, transfer it to a wire mesh pizza screen, or a pizza pan with holes.

Spread the broccoli mixture over dough leaving a 1/2 border.

Top it with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Step #13
Sprinkle it with oregano and remaining tablespoon of oil.
Step #14
Bake the pizza for 20-22 minutes, or until it puffed and nicely browned.
